Tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled once purchased as your space on the tour has been guaranteed. We cannot provide partial refunds for no shows, late arrivals or partial attendance resulting in missed tastings.

We do not provide a waiting list. If a date and time is sold out, there is always a chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please email us at ch[email protected] and let us know what dates you require.

Tips ARE NOT included in the cost of the ticket and are greatly appreciated generically is from 10% to 20%

Please let your tour host know if you or anyone in your group has dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, gluten-free (of course), nut allergy, etc.) when you book your tour or activity. We can accommodate your request with appropriate substitutions.

Yes, we only offer tours in English at this time. Please email us if you would like to make arrangements for your own interpreter to join the tour.
